SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Spesh is looking for his best friend throughout Coolman's Universe. To travel through this universe, Spesh uses a surfboard and a magical compass, and finds himself exploring worlds that he's never experienced. Coolman’s Universe is a 10,000 piece NFT collection, created by Danny Casale “Coolman Coffeedan”.
THE ROLE
We are searching for a talented Senior Product Manager to oversee the strategy, priorities, roadmap and delivery of our immersive technical pipeline. You will lead both internal and external engineering teams to deliver on building best in class products and experiences.
You will have the ability to significantly impact the direction of our future product initiatives and work closely with our leadership team to dream up groundbreaking innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead on-going development of our product strategy and roadmap
- Build and lead a team of engineers and creatives to execute on our brand vision
- Own the end to end success of our product pipeline
- Execute on our brand strategy in close collaboration with vendors and partners
- Work closely with leadership team to develop brand and product strategies
- Conduct marketing and community research in collaboration with marketing and creative departments, translate data to actionable plans
WHO YOU ARE
- 4+ years in product management
- Strong experience in full stack frameworks and solidity
- Skilled in managing day-to-day technical and product direction
- Experience in NFT, Web3, crypto and blockchain technologies
- Experience leading product development teams able to deliver product vision, technical execution, go-to-market strategy and successful product launch
- Able to successfully work with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, community)
- Passionate about NFTs and the communities built around them
- History of creating best in class products and experiences
- Dynamic leadership style, able to bring groups of people together for a common goal
- Familiar with RPGs (Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Ratchet & Clank, Dragon Quest, etc)
Pluses
- Prior experience as a software engineer
- Experience in the video game industry
- Hands on experience working in game development
